Welcome to Music City! The Timeless Tudor is a Circa 1930’s home in the West End area of Nashville. 3 minutes from St Thomas West Hospital, less than 10 minutes drive/uber to Downtown. Home offers privacy as you have one entire side of the duplex and long term tenant has other. It boasts 3 bedrooms (1 private, 1 is a pass-through room and the other in an open-air loft), 1 full and 2 half baths. Conveniently located near Vanderbilt, Belmont Lipscomb Universitities.
The space
Super spacious, awesome location, friendly area with parks and restaurants within walking distance. Great for locals renovating their homes who need a monthly home away from home, travel nurses, those waiting to buy a home, work from home folks, or anyone wanting to see Nashville for a while. Strong Wifi is available. Fully equipped and spacious kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Spacious 3 story house with 3 bedrooms. Washer and dryer are available in the basement of the home via an exterior staircase.
Guest access
You will have the entire place to yourself inside. Outside you will have uncovered parking pad that can fit 3 smaller vehicles or 2 larger ones. Please do not park under the carport. You may use the side porch of the house as well as the back grass / patio area. The back patio area is also a shared space with our long term guests in the other side of the duplex.
There are cameras on the outside of the property for your safety.
Other things to note
Please note guest must be 24 years old and older to book. Guests may not book for others. The person booking the request must be part of the group staying. We do not allow parties. Guests that are not on the original reservation may not stay/ In other words, if unplanned guests are the home we will ask your entire group to leave and will not return your money/security deposit.
Also per month utilities amounting to $300 are collected in advance separate from the reservation. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
