Welcome to your dream home! This stunning waterfront property has over 2700 sq ft of living space. Outside, you are surrounded by the tranquil beauty of a freshwater canal. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool & outdoor shower or take in the stunning sunsets. This home also features a concrete dock, so you can easily keep your boat nearby. Inside are vaulted ceilings, formal dining & living rooms, and 5 bedrooms. The kitchen is a dream with granite countertops, a center island, and breakfast bar.
The space
This home offers an outdoor shower, swimming pool, access to canal, and an outdoor tv. Inside is 5 bedrooms with several tvs and lots of space. There is also a paddleboat for your use.
Guest access
You will have the entire home, yard, and heated pool area to yourself. This is an entire home, completely private.
Other things to note
Additional pool heating is available for $25 a day. Please let us know 2 days before your trip begins if you would like it heated.
Please understand that during the winter months, the pool heat is not able to keep up with the cold nights. It does warm the water, but the water will not be as warm as the summer months.
There is room for 4 cars at this home. Please do not park in the grass or the street. At no time, are more than 4 cars approved at this property. Any boats, trailers, or RVs need to be pre-approved before arriving at the home. We do not offer garage parking. Only park in the driveway.
Occasionally, the pool company will be in the pool area behind the house; they usually come once per week, and their schedule varies. They will not enter the house when they arrive.
When using the peddleboat, please put it back on grass when you finish using it.
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don’t use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
We ask that you help us with taking trash cans to the street and bringing cans back in on trash days.
Please be advised that maintenance can show up without notice for yardcare.
We ask that no music be played outside after 9 pm Sunday to Thursday. And on Friday and Saturday music is turned off outside at 10 pm.
