A room with wifi that’s well-suited for working.

You and your friends can live like Nashville music stars at this gorgeous and fun large loft on the river. Four separate sleeping areas/rooms! Five beds, eight sleeping spots! Walk to Broadway! Huge balcony with Gorgeous River Views! New Luxury Building in popular downtown area!

Other things to note

Luxury River Loft sits riverfront and is just down from the Tennessee Titans stadium. You are able to enjoy your walk down 2nd Avenue as you walk to Broadway. It’s a great location!

You can find extra pillows inside the bench in the living room. There are linens including extra blankets in the tv stand.

The queen bedroom in this unit is loft style, meaning the wall doesn’t go all the way to the top of the ceiling. However, you have all the privacy that you need.

The third bedroom is a regular-sized door opening with a curtain for privacy that has a twin bed with a twin mattress underneath, which provides the second bed in that room. When you pull out the mattress from under the bed it will take up all the floor space in the room. It is a tight squeeze but very comfortable sleep.

This location has such a fun design and layout.

There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don’t use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.

There is a train track, about 200 feet away, with trains that goes by at various times of the day and night. Most guest find the train and the train bridge part of the charming landscape and river view and a welcome part of the overall downtown/river experience. However if you are a light sleeper, you might want to take this into consideration; however, you just hear the train on the track, it does not blow a loud horn, so for 99% of the guests is isn’t an issue.
