Close to the Airport and only about 20 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and also close to Sanibel Island, well known for its sandy white beaches, deep sea fishing excursions, championship golf courses, shops and restaurants!

Fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare gourmet meals with a dining table able to seat 8 comfortably, with a separate breakfast room for four.

For bookings less than 48 hours away from check-in then the check-in may be later than 3pm. Please contact us for checkin time if your reservation is booked less than 48 hours away from date of reservation.

One bed in each bedroom. Sofa in the living room may be used as the fifth bed.
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don’t use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays lasting for 30 days or more. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
We ask that you help us with taking trash cans to the street and bringing cans back in on trash days.
The garage is not set up for parking.
This house is supplied by well water. Airbnbs in the area use the water to shower and cook with. Typically, the guests buy bottled water to drink.
