The space
Fun Florida beach design with everything you need. Large bedroom has one king bed and a day bed trundle. Day bed can used for up to two additional guests, or one person or a couple can enjoy using it as a reading nook.
Other things to note
The boathouse is on the property of a large 4250 square foot villa on the water. You park in the common driveway and walk on the front sidewalk to your private boathouse with private entrance. We ask you to do this to maintain the privacy for guests at the pool of main home. Your unit is private from the main house, which is rented as a separate Airbnb. At any time, if the guests of the main house are being too loud immediately call us. We will immediately take care of the situation.
We have a very convenient set up to adjust your shower temperature. The guests love it. The shower handle only turns the shower on and off. To change the temperature of the shower, go to the tankless water heater next to the washer and dryer. This is very convenient as the water temperature is constant and you don’t have to worry about running out of hot water. You simply change the dial to the temperature you want.
Bug spray is recommended if you want to sit by the water.
Common areas are sun patio and canal area. The gated canal area is for boat entry only. Do not enter this area. Please talk to us about boat rental, if you’re interested.
$150 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
