The space
Beautiful Tommy Bahama tropical design. Comfy beds with luxury bedding, huge screen TV in the living room, TVs in two of the bedrooms.
We’ve added a beautiful bathroom to the master bedroom. It is a little bit small because we had to fit it into a smaller space, but it has all the features that one would need for their convenience.
Other things to note
There’s a house next to this that also sleeps 8. It’s a perfect set-up for a group looking for a shared space. Please let us know if you’re interested in booking both places. The homes are on the same property. There’s enough space & privacy between the two if they’re rented separately.
$300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
For bookings less than 48 hours away from check-in then the check-in may be later than 3pm. Please contact us for checkin time if your reservation is booked less than 48 hours away from date of reservation.
