The space
Large 4200 square foot home on the water is designed with a fun nautical and tropical theme. Hotel quality bedding and comfortable furniture maximize guests’ enjoyment.
Other things to note
If you are looking for a place to party, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a nice place to relax, hang out with your friends and family, then this is the perfect place for you. Any music played in the pool area needs to be set to a reasonable volume. Music should also be set to a reasonable volume during the day, as well as evening. No music is allowed at all after 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. This home is in a residential community to do everything we can to respect our neighbors and adhere to noise guidelines.
Occasionally, the pool company will be in the pool area behind the house; they usually come once per week, and their schedule varies. They will not enter the house when they arrive.
There is a separate listing for a boathouse on this property. It is totally separate and they are totally private from each other. Common areas are sun patio and canal area. Guests will enter through the side gate.
There is parking for 3 cars. For more than 3 cars, please ask for approval from the host.
Please ask about boat rental. There is access to a canal. Do not enter the boat area without permission or unless you are renting a boat.
Most of the time, the entire house will be ready by 3 pm. We just ask guests to be understanding of same day turnarounds for a 4200 square foot home require a little teamwork. On same day turn arounds, the house may not be ready until 4 pm.
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don’t use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
We ask that you help us with taking trash cans to the street and bringing cans back in on trash days.
We ask that no music be played outside after 9 pm Sunday to Thursday. And on Friday and Saturday music is turned off outside at 10 pm.
