The primary bedroom includes a separate sitting area with TV, couch and chairs, and separate bathroom. Bedroom 2 has 4 twin beds and bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds both stylishly decorated to get you in a Nashville frame of mind! Bedroom 4 includes 3 queen beds. The kitchen includes a large dining table to host and entertain.

There is parking for at least 4 cars. It’s possible 5 will fit depending on size of the cars. There is no street parking.
$400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
