About this space
Have fun with the whole family or your friends at this stylish home away from home. This home is less than 15 minutes to Broadway and the Titans Stadium. There is a huge tv in the living room, and the 4th bedroom doubles as a lounging area. Outside is a firepit with outdoor seating along with a grill. There is plenty of parking for large groups. Next door may also be rented, and that house sleeps 14! If you’re interested in both houses, please let us know.

$300 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
