Only 12 minutes to downtown!

Although this house has a check-in of 4 pm many times, we can usually have the house ready by 3 pm, if requested.
Sofas in living can sleep three, but they are not sleeper sofas.
There may be laundry in the dryer. This is because the housekeeper works to get the unit ready as soon as possible for your potential early arrival. If you need to use the dryer, simply take the pile of clean laundry and set it to the side. There is no reason for you to fold the laundry. Please don’t use towels or sheets that are left in the dryer. There will be plenty available to you for your use during your stay.
$400 per month utilities are collected in advance separate from the reservation for any stays 30 days or longer. This covers high-speed internet, cable, water and sewer, trash, electric, and gas. This money is collected by the host through the Airbnb app before your reservation begins.
